Lee offers counselling and caregiver support that is holistic, client-centred, and trauma-informed.
Her approach integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, strength-based practices, and narrative therapy to help individuals and families better understand what they are experiencing and develop practical tools for moving forward.

Services
Individual Counselling for Children, Youth, and Young Adults
One-on-one counselling for children aged seven and older, adolescents, and young adults who may be struggling emotionally, behaviourally, or relationally. Individual counselling sessions focus on helping clients: - Better understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours - Develop coping and emotional regulation skills - Build confidence, resilience, and self-awareness - Navigate challenges such as anxiety, low mood, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and the impacts of past experiences Sessions are paced thoughtfully and adapted to the age, developmental stage, and comfort level of each client, with an emphasis on creating a safe and respectful therapeutic space.
Caregiver Support
Parenting and caregiving can feel overwhelming, especially when a child or youth is struggling. Lee offers caregiver support to help parents and caregivers feel more confident, informed, and supported. These sessions may focus on: - Understanding a child or youth’s emotional and behavioural needs - Strengthening communication and connection - Developing practical strategies for home and daily life - Navigating transitions, stressors, or challenging dynamics - Supporting caregivers in their own emotional wellbeing Caregiver support sessions are collaborative and practical, offering space to ask questions, reflect, and develop tools that align with each family’s values and circumstances.
Family Counselling
Provides an opportunity for families to come together in a supportive, structured space to strengthen understanding and address challenges collaboratively. Lee works with families to: - Improve communication and mutual understanding - Address conflict or ongoing stressors - Support children and youth within the broader family system - Develop shared strategies and goals for moving forward Family sessions are guided with care and respect for each individual’s perspective, with a focus on fostering healthier dynamics and connection.
