Lee Billinger is a Registered Child, Youth and Family Counsellor (CYW, CYC) and Parenting Coach who has spent more than 30 years supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and their families. Her work is grounded in the belief that meaningful support begins with understanding each person’s story and working collaboratively to navigate challenges with care, respect, and practical guidance. Throughout her career, Lee has worked across a wide range of settings, including child welfare and foster care, youth justice, specialized educational environments, adolescent treatment programs, and private therapy clinics. Her breadth of experience allows Lee to approach each family’s situation with unique perspective, flexibility, and a deep understanding of the systems and systemic barriers that can impact children and youth.
